Mowing the Lawn

By Johnathan Sanders This is more of a follow up on my original article posted yesterday. As I have now finally managed to buy a new lawn mower, with safetey and usability in mind, I have been chopping away at that lawn this morning. Whilst mowing the lawn, I noted a couple of things that may be of interest to those of you planning on cutting the grass. Firstly, there appears to be a lack of understanding in today's society on the importance of good, well presented lawns - I am being quite serious here. Think about it; un unkept lawn generaly atracts unwanted visitors, such as rodents, who habitually also foul within the lawn. Secondly, as lawns tend to be mowed at the same time, this considerably incrases the amount of pollen in the atmostphere. Speak to anyone who suffers from hayfever, to find out how painful this can be. For my part, there will be no need to push me to mow the lawn anymore - in view of the above, I shall be more that pleased to do my bit for the enviroment I live in, and at the sametime gain a beautiful garden. By the way, check out www.lawn-mower-parts.info for great offers on lawn mowers and accessories. John Sanders

Christmas carp--The European Feast

By A.J. Klott Ahh.... The Christmas Carp...Yummmm.... It's almost Christmas and like most of you out there I can't wait for that most cherished of holiday traditions-the carving of the Christmas carp. Yes, nothing makes the mouth water and gets me into the holiday mood until I see my wife come walking through that door with our fresh-live "holiday" carp. Whether hand picked from the Three Mile island settling ponds, or homegrown from the depths of the "pristine" waters of Lake Michigan, it is always great to bring the little droopy lipped fellar home, toss him in the bathtub, and thump him on the head on Christmas morning to the squealing delights of the neighborhood kids. Then we deep fry him and chase him down with some delicious squawfish soup. I know, I know, I am making you salivate just at the thought of all these tempting delights-but don't worry- soon enough you will be passing the carp platter around the table, praising Aunt Lou that this years carp -is the best ever- and asking her how she got that green glow to emit from it's carcass. Festivally brilliant!!..... Here, in the U.S., we obviously take a different view of the much maligned carp--but in many cultures the above scenario will actually take place. Well, except for the glowing part. In Europe, Asia and other parts of the world the carp is still a viable and very marketable fish. The same fish I have seen drop kicked, eschewed, and tossed aside like an old shoe, actually makes it's way to many a Christmas feast in other cultures. I just read a story today, about how the Czech Republic is worried that the carp market is being driven downward because of pressure from other fish, like salmon, as well as competition from poultry producers. If you are an American, you are probably sitting there with your nose all crinkled up or have that horrified-I just saw Frankenstein- facial expression right now, and are more than ever convinced that Euros are one fish short of a full stringer. Or, you might be thinking about boxing up some nice freshly caught carpsuckers from your favorite trout stream, and sending them "Fed-Ex" to Ivan Howsaboutafish in Prague. I am telling you-they would be welcome. In Europe, they look at the carp and exclaim things like: "Look at that fish, it is magnificent." or "The quality of the Czech carp cannot be compared to farm salmon." or "Check out the lips on that baby."---OK- I made the last one up-- but as you can see they REALLY like carp. So, in the Christmas spirit of giving, let's all get out there today and catch ourselves a "mess" of carp and get them sent to Europe, so they can have a joyous and carp filled feast. Maybe if we're lucky, they will send us a bunch of Lutefisk in return!! Now that's foreign relations.... A.J. Klott writes on fishing and other humorous happenings in todays world. You can also find him peddling "fly tacks" on his website at:

Las Vegas Wedding: Hotel Chapel Packages

By Rebecca Johnson If you are thinking of having a Las Vegas wedding, hotel chapel packages are a great way to go. Many Las Vegas Hotel Chapels offer all inclusive wedding packages that include everything that you need for not only your wedding ceremony but for your honeymoon as well. That gives them an advantage over many of the independent wedding chapels that line the Strip and Downtown area. So what can a Las Vegas hotel chapel package get you? Well, it depends on where you go and how much you are willing or able to spend. If you are looking to spend under $2000 for your Las Vegas wedding trip, try the hotel chapel packages at the Imperial Palace or the Riviera Hotel. At the Imperial Palace, their wedding chapel offers The Majestic package which includes two nights in a suite, a unity candle ceremony, bouquet and boutonniere, photos, a wedding DVD, restaurant and spa gift certificates, limo service, and his and her bathrobes. This wedding package runs $1600 on Sundays thru Thursdays and $1700 on Fridays and Saturdays. The Riviera Hotels Wedding Chapel offers the Regal Wedding Package which includes a ceremony, photos, a wedding video, bouquet and boutonniere, and two nights at the hotel for about $700. For another $225 you can upgrade to a petite suite. If you have an unlimited wedding budget for your Las Vegas wedding, try the Bellagio Hotel Chapel packages. Their Cosa Bella Wedding Package runs close to $16,000 and includes a chapel ceremony and too many amenities to mention all of them. Some of the highlights include a penthouse suite with lake views, breakfast in bed for two, dinner at one of their fine dining establishments, a wedding rehearsal, and numerous spa and salon services for the bride and groom. So as you can see, a Las Vegas wedding with a hotel chapel package can run from simple to extreme when it comes to amenities and affordability. One thing is for sure though, they certainly can take the pain out of planning a Las Vegas wedding trip. Copyright Rebecca Johnson, All Rights Reserved

How to Choose the Perfect Engagement Ring

By Amanda Trevino When it comes to choosing an engagement ring, there are a lot of questions involved. In fact, youll mostly be doing guesswork, especially if you want the ring to be a surprise when you pop the question. Before you get out your detective wear, consider this: are you sure you dont want your bride to be a part of your engagement ring shopping? Taking her along to pick out the perfect ring makes for a fun and special experience, one that is sure to strengthen the bond between you. If you decide not to bring her along, then here are some tips for you. First, find out what type of ring she wants. Is she partial to a fancy, dripping-with-diamonds type engagement ring, or does she want a simple and elegant one? You can ask her, her family, or her friends for information on her favorite styles. You could also take her window browsing and ask her which ring she likes. You can get a general idea of what sort of engagement ring to get her using this method. After you have a general idea of her perfect engagement ring, its time to go shopping. Go to a variety of jewelers and write down where you found the engagement ring you think would fit her perfectly. The important thing is to have a variety of options, and going to different jewelers gives you that opportunity. If you think you have found the perfect engagement ring, ask a jeweler to hold it for you. You can bring one of your bride-to-bes friends to see the ring and make sure it will fit her tastes, or you could opt for a family member to come check it out. If youre sure shell love it no matter what, (which she will, since its from you), then go ahead and buy it. Congratulations, youve just picked out the perfect engagement ring! Good luck popping the question! Amanda Trevino is a client account specialist at 10x Marketing. For more information on engagement rings, visit International Jewelers. Read This Article if You Only Want to Date Dream Babes

By Lance Winslow Are you a shallow minded male with a perpetual woody? Sure you are and you do not care about what is inside do you? No you dont; because you just want to date the hottest babe around dont you? Indeed, no denying it you want to date a dream babe and have that trophy girl friend and get laid everyday twice a day and you want everyone to know it and be jealous of you. Dont you? Sure you do, you dirty dog, scoundrel of men, only after one thing and one thing only? How does that make you feel to be so utterly weak and think with the wrong head? Basically you are admitting you have crap for brains and do not even know what the right woman is worth. Oh yah, and you are going to give me the argument that super hot, sexy model, dream babes are also usually very smart and loving and caring right? Sure some are, but really are you going to allow that little criteria of intelligence, caring and down to Earth values get in the way of the measurements that go along with silicone breast implants? Dont lie you mutt, you are a junk yard Dog and you know it, so just admit it will you, stop denying it; facts are the facts. But just between you and me shouldnt you be looking at the entire package and looking for friendship, companionship and a lover which has more substance? Not saying there are not gorgeous women out there who are not brilliant, as there are indeed and I am not saying beautiful women are not loving and caring. I am merely pointing out that your BS attitude needs to take a hike and wise up is all. Think on that you dog. "Lance Winslow" - Online Think Tank forum board. Tibetan Monastic Life in the Past and Present

By Corey Tsang Although numerous books have been written on the teachings and philosophy of the Buddha, little is known about the manner in which that philosophy is put into practice, that is to say, how Buddhist monks live and work and how the monastic system functions. The Tibetan monastic life, in particular, deserves special attention within a study of the religious life of human history. The entire social, political and cultural history of Tibet and other central Asian countries was greatly influenced by the monasteries. They represent one of human historys most ambitious and radical social and psychological experiments precisely because they were attempting to achieve, on a massive scale, the creation and perpetuation of a subculture which institutionalized the basic Buddhist principles of non-attachment, material renunciation, celibacy and transcendental wisdom. They secure a spiritual heaven, a means of withdrawing from the temporal world with its sensual values and simultaneously act as an instrument, for bringing Buddhist philosophy and beliefs to that very same temporal world of the lay people. It is the monasteries that preserve the doctrine in the traditionally most acceptable form. It is well known fact that the survival of Buddhism has always depended upon the health and strength of its monasteries. With the destruction of the monasteries after the thirteenth century, Buddhism ceased to be a distinct form of religious life in north India. Similarly with the destruction of the monasteries of Tibet during the present century, Buddhism has ceased to be a living force in the land. Monasticism in Buddhism started during lifetime of Lord Buddha in the 5th century B.C. in India, the Buddhist monastery was usually called a vihara, which can also mean school in the monastery. The first large Buddhist monastery within a city seems to have been the Jetavana in a park at Sravasti which is now in the northern part of India. And it is often mentioned as a place where, Buddha stated when he preached. There was, a great emphasis on learning in these monasteries and some of them grew into university stature, with courses on many topics besides the expected expositions on Buddhism. Probably the most famous were the Nalanda and Vikramasila monastic universities which developed and lasted through most of the first millennium and upto the end of the 10th century. Tibetan monasteries originated from them and followed the same pattern of offering all Buddhist education and philosophy in the monastery and vihara. The history of Tibetan monasteries goes back to the 8th century. The first important monastery, Samye, was built under the sponsorship of King Trisong Detsen (AD 742-97) on thr advice of Guru Padhamasambhava, a tantric master from Indian. Santirakshita was appointed as abbot, thereby becoming the head of the first monastic order of Tibet. A monastic curriculum was established and at first as an experiment, six or seven Tibetan youths were admitted as novices. These monasteries attracted a number of Indian saints and scholars, and eventually, many learned scholars and translators of both countries jointly translated thousands of Buddhist texts from Sanskrit into Tibetan. These are today one of the main sources for doing researches on Buddhism and Indian studies. As Buddhism spread in Tibet many other monasteries were built and a succession of other monastic orders grew around the personality of inspired teachers and saints. A good example of these are the monasteries of Ganden, Drepung and Sera which were founded during the lifetime of Tsong Khapa (A1357-1419), a great reformer and eminent scholar of Tibetan Buddhism. They have preserved their traditions and serve as an important institution for Buddhist studies. Tibetan Buddhism is often described as a combination of Mahayana and tantrism. However, life in almost all monasteries were regulated over centuries by the ancient monastic rule of the Mula-Saravastivada school favored in central and northwest India. Tibetans of Tibet, the monasteries were re-established in India and Nepal. It has been estimated that between six to eight present of the population of Tibet were life-long monks and nuns; and large monasteries often resembled towns. For example, Drepung, the largest monastery of Tibet, held roughly 10,000 monks before the cultural revolution of China. Monastic life in its entirety is ruled by philosophical studies and performance of ceremonies. The four major orders of Tibetan Buddhism also have slightly varying monastic systems. But basically, study and spiritual trainings are deeply rooted in the curriculum of most monasteries. Within a large monastery there are two divisions of monastic teachings. One division is mainly devoted to the tantric studies and practices and performance of rituals and ceremonies. These involve mastering of the five Great treatises in which the enormous corpus of Buddhist scriptures is divided: 1. Pramana, the Buddhist logic and epistemology which includes the studies of many non-Buddhist thoughts
2. Prajnaparmitas which include voluminous texts of Bodhisattva practices such as the study of six perfections.
3. Madhyamika, the study of Buddhist middle views, Sunyatavada.
4. Abhidharmakosa, the Buddhist metaphysics and
5. Vinaya, monastic rules and disciplines. They form a very demanding curriculum. The idea behind such studies is that if you study, you will know the Law of Buddha and from then, you will be able to keep away from sin. It is by this means you will find your way out of the wheel of rebirth. Understandably not all of those willing to learn are able to immerse themselves in these studies with equal depth. The entire period of study takes more than twenty years. However the Tibetan monastic life rests on spiritual communities containing very large number of monks. But every member of these communities is not able to see the prescribed course of studies through to the end. Simples tasks are required of bearer of low monastic grades. These include maintenance of the monastery buildings, lighting lamps in the temple, working in the monastic kitchens in short all the jobs that require no particular training. And those who have completed their courses successfully were awarded the degrees of Geshe, a Doctorate of Buddhology, by the monasteries themselves of by the State. They are now qualified to carry out the most important and most difficult rituals in the general chapels or in their colleges and are also qualified to teach in the various monasteries and universities. They can also proceed further on the higher tantric studies and practices. Study in the monasteries is by no means restricted only to liturgical, doctrinal and esoteric teachings. The student is also offered the possibility of penetrating into the auxiliary sciences, even if these are not directly connected to the primarily religious and liturgical trainings. They are also taught medicine, astrology and astronomy, rhetoric, literature, painting and the art of drawing such religious arts as mandala and thankas. At present in Indian and Nepal, elementary modern sciences and foreign languages like English are also taught in the monastic schools. The liturgical life in large monasteries unfolds in a multiplicity of religious ceremonies in which monks or nuns have to participate. The most important ritual performances take place in the central chapel (sog Chen) and the minor ones are in the chapel of colleges or house itself. The rites and rituals in the tantra are meant mainly for the meditation in which ones guardian deity (Yidam) is visualized. All the instructions are given by a spiritual director for such practices at the time of ritual performance or before that. It is believed that no genuine insight can have merely intellectual value; it must always tend to become a living spiritual experience. These rituals also serve as means of purification and promote accumulation of spiritual merit. Now I wish to draw some attention on its organization and administration. These are two principle things to be considered: the spiritual education and liturgy on the one hand and the world functions like administration on the other. Taking the three largest monasteries of Tibet (Sera, Drepung and Gaden) as an example which are re-established in South India, the spiritual authority is concentrated in the hands of the abbot who is elected and then approved by the Dalai Lama. The office of abbot is as a rule entrusted to a famous Geshe on account of his spiritual merits and learning. Under him, there is an office of Gekoe, the Dean of discipline, who is responsible for maintenance of monastic discipline. Provost (the leader of chanting) who directs all liturgical acts and also leads the collective recitation of prayers during morning and evening assemblies and ceremonies. Most of the large monasteries have two or three stewards who duty is to manage the monastic propert such as offering food and tea to the congregation at important ceremonies and is incharge of financial interest of the monastery in general. Thus the above offices are important for the monastic life from the point of view of discipline and administration. The larger monasteries are divided into two or three colleges which are sub-divided into many houses for keeping the monastery in order. Each monastery forms a self-sufficient economic entity. All the property which it has come to possess by inheritance or any other means belongs fully and entirely to the monastic community as donations made by the entire community. Now at present in India, most of the large monasteries are allotted some lands to cultivate. So life in the monastery is a mixture of work, stuffy, prayers and meditation. It is very similar to the Catholic Monastic life of the West which is the largest monastic system of Christianity. The assets of the monastery includes corn fields, rice paddies, a small herd of buffalo and cows and a small restaurant which is run by themselves. The monks are sent out to perform prayers and rituals in the lay community. This also provides some income. Besides the daily routine of rituals, study and meditation, monastic life is periodically enlivened by religious festivals and ceremonies. The monks in the monastery are responsible for the performance of these ceremonies and the lay members are beneficiaries of their performances. It is believed that the merits will go to both monks and lay people. Thus the obligation of monks or nuns to participate in the divine services regularly, the strict regulations of all external aspects of life, the memorization of the basic rules and mastery in the philosophical studies all keep the monastic community life into a fixed structure. The monasteries in future should also serve as a haven of refuge for the lay community by providing religious teachings, spiritual guidance, counseling and retreat facilities. 14 Proven Gardening Tips

By Alex Fir 1. If you do not have much time for gardening, stick to plants in containers, such as tubs, boxes and baskets. They are easier to feed and tend if you have a busy lifestyle. 2. If you are not sure what you want the layout of your garden to be, plant in pots so you can move plants around until you are happy. 3. If you are buying ready-potted plants of flowers, make sure that they have already begun to flower; otherwise there is a risk that they may never flower at all. 4. These flowering plants are known to survive and thrive in most cities with extremely hot temperatures and high pollution: Madagascar periwinkle, lantana, impatiens, cosmos, cleome (spider flower) and canna (Indian flag). 5. Add compost to your garden soil two to four weeks before you plant. This way, the compost will be integrated within your garden soil. 6. Do not place houseplants in direct sunlight. Even though houseplants need some light, their leaves will wilt if directly exposed to the sun. 7. Make your garden more fragrant by planting more lightly colored or white flowers. You can also give your garden a rich fragrant smell by adding thick-textured flowers such as gardenia, citrus and magnolia, which have very distinctive and intense scents. 8. Water features in the garden should be kept fresh. Install plants like water violet to keep the water oxygenated. 9. Do not plant too many plants in one area. Competition for resources will cause growth of poor-quality plants. 10. Never plant anything under conifers because those particular trees cause the soil to become acidic. Plants around conifers would not grow. 11. Glossy leaves reflect light so it is better to place plants with glossy leaves in shadowy corners to make your garden look bigger. They will thrive there too. 12. Soak eggshells in water overnight and then use the solution as a fertilizer. The solution will be full of nutrients from the eggshells. 13. Use a pitchfork to aerate the lawn regularly. This helps natural drainage and also encourages movement of insects beneath the ground. 14. Open the greenhouse via the door or windows for at least two hours a day. It recycles the air and gets rid of any excess heat. Visit Gardening Information website and learn proven gardening tips. Fish Finder Reviews - Learn How I Can Find Right One For Me?

By Mike Singh When looking for the right fish, the best method of determining what could be right for you would be to check out the fish finder reviews. Electronic finders have become the biggest and perhaps more prolific tool in the anglers arsenal, enabling you to find the right one for you through reviews that can make the difference between a great day on the lake and a long drawn out hitless affair. In a fish finder review you can find many brands that will offer the latest in options from depth of range to GPS technology. Knowing what you want prior to looking at the reviews can make your search for the right piece of equipment far less time consuming and less effortful. It was actually the US Navy that first developed and used the technology known today as the fish finder. This method of search was adopted by the Navy some 75 years ago, and is known as sonar. Whether trying to look for submarines or searching the great lakes for schools of fish, a sonar can be a great asset to its user. Finder reviews go into great depth, the options and features that can be had in these wonderful devices. With many companies on the market that offer this great fishing tool to the general public, it is only natural that a solid lineup in a fish finder review would be present. There is like most reviews for products a top category in the round up of sonar, on the fish finder reviews and the top 7 contenders in this field go as follows: 1. Hummingbird
2. Eagle
3. Lowrance
4. Garmin
5. Bottom
6. Furuno
7. It does not matter what size of your boat is, when it comes to using one of these great fishing tools. It is the depth and perception of the water below that allows you to dictate where a school of fish is present and thriving. Anti-Social Mobiles

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=John_Gibb]John Gibb Traveling with any type of public transportation vehicle today in a metropolitan city, one could easily assert that the common mobile use has embraced different societies and penetrated the communication practices of people of all ages. Answering a sleek mobile phone that rings, by loudly reproducing a lesser quality version of the latest music hit, while ridding a packed bus or a crowded train carriage, is considered to be common practice. At the same time, playing games with your cell phone, or calling family or friends to let them know where you are and what you will be doing next, needs no justification as to whether it might be viewed as a token of responsibility or a mechanical act of boredom. Given the fact that mobile telephony has took by storm various publics in almost every continent, finding the fine line between living a mobile-saturated life and using your mobile as a convenience tool has become the subject of colorful debates. According to researchers, citizens of the US, Finland, Japan, Germany, Italy and the UK have become the pioneers in exploring different technological developments in relation to their everyday tasks. Surfing through the Internet over a mobile phone while ridding the metro, or answering phone calls and sending e-mails while ordering the mornings coffee, are examples of scenes almost everyone has witnessed at some point or another. However, this new type of social network, mastered by the latest mobile technologies, does not necessarily bring people together according to some critics. People reach for their cell phones in an effort to connect with others, but the mere notion of being isolated from the rest of the world in order to reach someone on the other end of a telephone line, with whom you do not necessarily interact, contradicts the whole idea of closeness or contact. But numbers speak otherwise, as the mobile phone ownership has tremendously increased over the last two decades. Unfortunately, as Kofi Annans 2000 speech to the Australian Press Club pointed out, half of the worlds population has never made of received a phone call. Digital divide, the technological gap the exists between the developed and developing countries of the world, has become the central point for sociologists, developers and scientists, who now speak of a digitally misplaced 50 percent that drifts further and further away from the rest of the technology-savvy half. But, even in the midst of the heavy mobile telephony users, isolation and annoyance have recently come to destroy what some would like to translate as a new type of group dynamic. The telecom industry, powered by the new technologies that emerge, targets contemporary mobile phone customers to form an extremely technology dependent crowd. Smaller in size, carrying cameras and having wireless internet capabilities, todays mobile phones are packed with useful or totally useless features. Only the future will determine which of those can in fact bring people together or further push forward the anti-social factor. Introduction to Bonsai

By Beverley Boorer Bonsai is a Japanese term applied to dwarf trees grown in shallow containers. By pruning the roots as well as the branches, these trees are trained into the same stately shapes of their gigantic counterparts. Bonsai may consist of a single specimen tree, two twined closely together as if growing from the same stump, or a group of trees growing in a dense clump. They may have high, exposed roots, or the tree may be drooping down as if over a cliff. Another popular bonsai style is for the tree to grow on the top of a rock with the roots coming down over it, as is sometimes found in ancient rainforests. The special shallow dish in which they grow is an important part of bonsai. While this pot can be any shape, its sized must be in proportion to the tree grown in it. It must also have a central hole for drainage so that the roots dont rot. The vacant space in the pot is meant to represent plains or distant mountains. Let's take a look at the basics of what you will need before you begin to create a bonsai. Pick a tree that you really like. You may have access to tiny tree seedlings that would be ideal for bonsai. Maples and conifers are both suitable for bonsai. Japanese maples are particularly good for leaf colour, some turning brilliant red in fall. Deciduous or evergreen trees may be used for bonsai. If you cant germinate your own seed, start with pre-grown nursery stock of about two years old, then choose your bonsai pot. A lot of Bonsai masters will tell you that you need not even use a proper bonsai pot until you have trained your plant for a few years. This will give it time to grow in a much larger pot and attain some good structure in the roots, trunk and limbs. This larger form of bonsai is actually called hachi-uye meaning pot-planted. However, if you want a true, dwarf bonsai go for the smallest you can find. Trim the plant down in size by pruning the roots and limbs back where and when necessary. Once you have it in a preferred bonsai style, transplant it to your selected bonsai pot and continue to train it in the style that you like. You may need to wind special wire around the stem to create an interesting shape. Dont expect it to be finished in a few weeks. It will take some years to achieve, as trees are slow growing at the best of times. The art of growing miniature trees is a fascinating hobby that can be pursued by anyone. If you are serious about doing bonsai, its best to purchase a book to give you more comprehensive instructions. Fishing Memories

By Andy Klynstra I have many great memories of fishing with my father as a small child, my father had a love for fly-fishing and he would take me along to some remote place every time he had the day off and the weather was good. We would usually end up far from home at some very secluded creek, lake or small river in the foothills of Alberta, we would walk cut lines for hours on end exploring the creeks, rivers and tiny lakes that were hidden from all but the most serious of fisherman. In all my childhood years fishing with my dad I dont ever remember bumping into another fisherman, we did on occasion run into some lonely trapper who would point us to some new hidden fishing spot and off we would go to check it out. We never brought any food, as it was my fathers rule, if you want to eat you had better catch something, not very often did we go home hungry. I can still remember listening to the bugling of an Elk and the smell of Rainbow Trout and Artic Grayling roasting slowing over an open fire, the wind rusting through the leaves as we sit together in silence enjoying the day and dreaming of our next trip together. My dad has been gone many years now and his last wish was to go on one more trip together. I took a few days off work and headed off into the foothills, where his ashes are now spread over some of our most favorite fishing spots, and I can say in all honesty that grown men do cry, and that these were the most emotion filled days of my life. I went from each river and creek spreading his ashes, I would sit down and the memories of that particular spot would come flooding back to me and I could almost smell the fish roasting and my mind could see my dad fishing along the bank. I was gone for 4 days on this trip and I never did cast my fly, but it was one of the best trips I have ever done in my life. The memories I have of our trips will last forever and hardly a day goes by that at some point my thoughts will wander off and I can see us standing there together, fishing side by side. There has been days in my life where my wife will come into the kitchen and see me sitting there, staring off into space, holding my cup of coffee with a silly grin on my face, and she will ask whats wrong with me and I would tell her nothing is wrong, absolutely nothing. Now that I have children that go along with me to the same places that my dad has taken me, I can see why my dad was always smiling on these trips. The absolute best part of taking my kids fishing is to sit and listen to them tell their friends about how much fun they have going out with the old man and you can actually hear the excitement in their voice and see the sparkle in their eyes. Hopefully the memories that I now share with my children are the memories that they will have forever, and someday when I am no longer on this earth, they will be sitting back with their cup of coffee, a silly grin on their face staring off into space. New Business Credit Card - Managing Cash Flow With A Business Credit Card

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder A business credit card can help you manage your companys finances more efficiently. With a line of credit, you can handle cash flow issues, keep track of expenses, and qualify for deals and discounts. Manage Cash Flow Cash flow is always an issue with businesses. Bills are due while you are waiting for accounts to be paid. A business credit card can help you get through these short-term issues without having to take out a line of credit. For small business, a credit card is often the first type of credit available to you. For sole proprietorships, your personal credit record will determine your credit limit. For other types of ownership, you will need to supply a business plan and financial statements. Keep Track Of Expenses Having a separate credit card for your business can help you keep better track of your expenses. Some credit card companies offer spending reports to help you identify spending habits. You can also look at your statement online. Not only will a separate account help with accounting, it will also look better to the IRS. The government looks suspiciously when business and personal accounts are lumped together. Separate accounts are easier to track, especially important when you are declaring expenses on your tax return. You can also request additional cards for employees. These company cards can have daily spending limits, to protect your company from fraud. With online statements, you can see watch activity on your account. You know what was spent, even if your employee forgot to turn in a receipt. Qualify For Deals And Discounts Business credit cards can also qualify you for special deals and discounts, just like with a personal account. You may choose a program that offers airline miles or reward points. To find the lowest interest rate though, stick with a plain account that has no fees. To find the best deals, compare several programs. While your mailbox may be full of offers, searching online will probably yield better results. Be sure to read the find print for information on APR and other terms. By finding the right card, you will have a better handle on your cash flow issues. How to Spot a Natural and Alternative Medical Quack

By Lisa Barger Why are so many alternative health sites more "alternative" than "health"? I don't know either, but typing "natural health" or "alternative medicine" into a search engine will show you just how many natural health sites there are these days. And the topics range from do-it-yourself therapies like aromatherapy to highly invasive procedures like colonics. So how do you know which sites are giving solid medical advice and which are preying on the fears of people overwhelmed by this huge topic? Here are some tips to help you sort the nonsense from the facts: Not All Alternative Health Organizations Are Legitimate For every natural health expert who works hard to legitimize his or her area of expertise there are dozens of charlatans just waiting to pounce on unsuspecting (and often desperate) people. If the verbiage on a web site or in a brochure feels more like a hard-sell than an attempt to educate clients it probably is. Natural health is a multi-billion dollar industry in the US and quackery is, unfortunately, more common than factual information. Natural Medicine Is About Empowerment--Not Fear For some reason natural health practitioners are among the worst offenders when it comes to instilling feelings of fear, anger and disenfranchisement into their clients. When I see claims like "the government wants to suppress this" or "the medical community doesn't want you to read this" I have to wonder why practitioners are moved to such desperate measures just to sell a bottle of herbs. Legitimate practitioners work to educate clients--not polarize and frighten them. Legitimate Practitioners Don't Have To Exaggerate Phrases like "miraculous breakthrough" or "works for a variety of ailments" may get your attention but they should also ring your mental warning bells. And be especially skeptical if you see something like "absolutely no side effects". If a treatment is powerful enough to cause such a profound change in your body it's going to have at least some potential for side effects. Legitimate Practitioners Cite Their Sources No one practices in an intellectual vacuum. All legitimate practitioners--even those in natural health--use and read peer-reviewed literature. Look for specific references like "in the June issue of" instead of "a study showed" in articles and web copy. The more detail provided, the better. No Therapy Is A Cure-All Legitimate practitioners will offer you a variety of options; they won't try to limit you to their own favorite therapy. I suspect that every practitioner (natural or mainstream) is at least a little bit biased but a good one will work to design a full-spectrum program. Most Important Natural practitioners are often accused of trying to turn people away from mainstream medicine (and some do) but no legitimate practitioner believes that prescription drugs are evil. Overused, sometimes, but never evil. Legitimate practitioners will encourage their clients to minimize their dependencies on drugs by making changes in their lifestyles but they also know that medications are sometimes a necessary part of life. Fitness Boot Camps - Time To Kick Your Butt Into Shape!

By Matt Adler Boot camp fitness programs are rigorous, physically demanding training sessions designed to see maximum results in a minimal amount of time. These programs are designed by fitness and nutrition experts and combine exercise and diet to help you lose weight and improve your health. These exercise programs were designed around the boot camps found in the military branches. They are designed to push you to your limits. Unlike the stereotypical idea of a military boot camp, fitness boot camps will encourage you in a positive way, and do their goal is not to belittle you or insult you. The trainers will support you mentally and physically. The fitness program typically starts with a comprehensive health screening. This process will include measuring your body fat, taking your resting heart rate, measuring your blood pressure, weighing you, and determining your present overall health. The boot camp fitness program usually ends with a similar screening to determine your results. Outdoor fitness is often the primary form of exercise in a boot camp program. Activities can include running, obstacle courses, push ups, rope and wall climbing, military style drills, and team building exercises. These are not your typical exercise programs. Fitness boot camps can be designed in a variety of ways depending on the camp. Some are more like classes where you can attend before or after work. Others are actual camps where you live and can last anywhere from one week to over six weeks. Some camps are co-ed while others may be specifically designed for womens fitness. It is important to research each boot camp and fitness program before joining. Find one that meets your scheduling and financial needs, and provides activities that you find interesting. Boot camps are not for everyone, but they can provide excellent results in the shortest amount of time. Want more information on Fitness Weight Loss Programs? Give A Thought To The Windows In Your Sunroom Enclosure

By Andrew Caxton Your home is one of the most important investment you will make in your life. It can also be one of the most expensive investments you'll make. If you decide that you need more room and would like to add an addition to your home, you have several choices. You can add an additional room built in the same manner as the original architecture of the house, or you can add on a new and elegant sunroom. There are many reasons to choose the sunroom. With a room with walls of glass, you'll be able to see out unfettered to enjoy every bit of your back garden, your trees, birds and squirrels, or your children busily playing. You won't have to be concerned with the oppressive heat of the day, unpleasant gusts of wind should the day be a cool one, or the ever-present insects that can spoil the most beautiful of days. Natural sunlight. That's what you get from a room with walls of glass...you won't need to bother with the harsh lights of a lightbulb if you don't feel the need. But you don't want sunlight to come pouring into the room without hindrance - you'll find yourself squinting or feeling the need for sunglasses. However, with the proper type of glass, much of the light given off by the sun can be filtered out, so there'll be no annoying glare to spoil your pleasure of the room. A room with walls of glass need to be insulated just as do walls of wood or brick. Most sunroom companies offer their own trademarked glass - they have engineers who spend their time trying to design the most efficient glass possible. What do you need in glass for a sunroom? You have to consider the R-Value. This measures the thermal resistance of a material, or how easily heat travels through it. The higher the R-Value, the greater the insulation - and the lower your energy cost swill be. An R-Value of 4.0 is suggested for the very best comfort. Give a thought to the percentage of visible light transmitted through the glass. A visible light transmittance below 60 percent is is recommended for that glare-free natural lighting, as I mentioned above And then there's the heat of the sun. Relative Heat Gain measures the heat gained through a glazing, and, indeed, can be more important to a glass room than the R-Value. You don't want a room that will be unbearably hot or expensive to keep cool. With a type of glass that doesn't gain a lot of heat, you'll ensure that that won't be the case. In these days, it's possible to build a sunroom in anything from a few days to a week or so. And although sunrooms are pricey - you simply must not skimp on quality - they can be less expensive than traditional brick and mortar extensions. DIY Sunroom Kits If you'd like to have a sunroom but you don't want to have to pay a contractor to build it for you, you can always do it yourself. Most manufacturers offer do-it-yourself kits so that the handy home owner can be in charge of its construction from the beginning. You'll want to carefully gauge your skills and stick-to-it-tiveness if you choose this route. The addition of a sunroom can increase the value of your home, but only if it is built correctly. But if you have the necessary skills, you can indeed do it yourself. The skills needed may vary. If you're going to build your sunroom onto a pre-existing deck or porch, you won't need as many skills as you would if you were going to build an entire room from scratch - necessitating the grading and preparation of a concrete slab on which to put the new structure. And if you intend to extend your home's heating and cooling system into the new room, that calls for another set of skills. Sunroom Indoor Furniture There's a vast array of furniture for the sunroom. Even though a great deal of harmful sunlight will be blocked out, you'll still want to go with furniture with removable cushions, so that you can replace any that fade. Wicker is the traditional furniture for the sunroom, but there's nothing to say you can't use elegant metals or wood. The addition of green plants and an aquarium or two will certainly add an elegant touch. Most people use their sunroom as a family room, or a place for solitude and reflection. But some people like to experiment and put their kitchen into a sunroom, or their bedroom and even their bathroom. Those are something to think about, but with the complexities of the glass and the designs of the room, you might want to just stick with the tradition uses of a room with walls of glass. Best Organic Cosmetics for Better Health

By Elizabeth L Thompson As our nation is making healthier choices in organically grown foods, we still have a long way to go. One area that is being vastly overlooked in the US is the cosmetics industry. It is important to know how to choose the best organic cosmetics and what to avoid. Many cosmetics and personal care products in the US contain very harmful ingredients which are probable or known links to cancer, birth defects and other serious health problems. Not only are cosmetics and personal care products manufacturers permitted to use nearly any ingredient they choose in their products, but these products are minimally regulated if at all. There is currently a vast market trend of natural cosmetics, including everything from baby care items to deodorant and toothpaste. But do not be misled by this ambiguous label. Natural can simply mean that a product contains a small amount of ingredients derived from a natural source, organic or not. Even an organic product can contain harmful toxic ingredients. A product labeled Certified Organic must contain at least 95% organically produced ingredients and a product with Organic on the label must be made of at least 70% organic ingredients. The problem lies in the remaining 5%-30%, which are basically left to the manufacturers discretion. A product can contain organically grown lavender and aloe, but also contain synthetic preservatives. So, unless a product is labeled 100% Organic you had better know what to look for in the label. But label-reading itself is a tricky business. Most chemical ingredients go by many names. A good starting point is to avoid artificial/synthetic preservatives (parabens), artificial colors and fragrance, genetically modified ingredients, sodium lauryl sulphate, Diethanolamine (DEA) and Triethanolamine (TEA), and petrolatum. There are those is in the US working toward safer cosmetics. Among them is the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, a coalition of environmental and public health groups working toward a commitment from cosmetics manufacturers to phase out toxins from their products. As of July 2006 more than 300 companies have signed the Compact for Safe Cosmetics, agreeing to meet the standards set by the European Unions Cosmetics Directive, which bans ingredients that are know or strongly suspected of causing cancer, genetic mutations and birth defects. To view a list of compact signers go to http://www.safecosmetics.org Another victory in the fight for safe cosmetics came in October of 2005 when the California Safe Cosmetics Bill was signed into law. The bill requires cosmetics manufacturers to disclose to Californias Department of Health Services any ingredients linked to cancer, mutations, or birth defects. The Cosmetics, Toiletries and Fragrance Association (CTFA) reportedly spent over half a million dollars in an attempt to defeat the bill. Our country is definitely making new and significant strides in the direction of safe cosmetics. As for now, it is important to do what you can by using products you know to be toxin-free. Your best bet is to stick with manufacturers who are dedicated to safety in cosmetics and the environment. Elizabeth Thompson is a wife, mother and conscientious consumer working toward educating others on the dangers of toxic ingredients in personal care products and making safe organic products easier to obtain. Undesirable Side Effects of an Unwired World

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Victor_Epand]Victor Epand When it comes to the undesirable side-effects of an increasingly 'unwired' world, poor mobile phone etiquette is today without doubt the world's biggest collective gripe. Many companies and organizations are now taking active steps to cultivate more socially acceptable use of mobile phones, among them many of the biggest cellular operators and leading equipment vendors. Most, in fact, have now produced booklets on mobile etiquette, and have a policy of asking their own staff to turn off their phones while in meetings. At Harrods's, in London, shoppers are asked politely to turn off their phones as they enter the store. And many entertainment venues now make announcements before the beginning of each performance asking members of the audience to switch off before the lights go down. One of Europe's bigger mobile operators recently took the offensive by launching an advertising campaign aimed at encouraging more responsible and considerate use of cell phones. The campaign, which began with a series of cinema advertisements reminding people to turn off their phones before the movie, is targeted at people who not only take calls in socially inappropriate places, like restaurants, live entertainment events or churches, but speak so loudly that everyone in the immediate vicinity is obliged to listen to their call. This intrusive aspect of mobile telephony recently prompted a columnist in the New York Times to publish an article denouncing the technology as the 'real' Y2K virus. Aside from being scathingly critical of the growing number of people inconsiderate enough to inflict their calls on other restaurant diners, theatre-goers and the like, the article pointed to a more insidious problem -- the tendency for mobile technologies to lead to overwork and exploitation. Indeed, growing numbers of cell phone users can frequently be heard to complain that their company now expects them to be available virtually 24 hours a day. Always contactable has come to mean always available, to the point where people are finding work taking over their evenings, weekends and even holidays. While most handset manufacturers say the answer to this problem is simply to turn off the phone, this simple action can be a hard one for many people, especially in times of increasing stress at work. Older employees fear being considered out of touch with new working methods; younger staffers fear being passed over for promotion in favor of more 'wired' colleagues. Solving problems of etiquette and over-connectedness requires action from two separate camps. Mobile users need to become more aware of the fact that being interrupted during a face-to-face meeting or social engagement, or having to listen to loud conversations that don't concern them, is a source of annoyance to most people. Mobile phone users should turn their handsets off whenever receiving a call would be inappropriate, for example, in any public place where others are in close proximity, at religious services, funerals, weddings, or in quiet places like nature reserves. New technologies like GSM's Simple Message Service (SMS), call diversion and voice mail, and discreetly vibrating cell phones leave little excuse for bad manners. In an exceptional case when taking a call in company is unavoidable, users should excuse themselves before answering the phone, and then go to a quiet place where they can sort out their business in private. Integrity and Work Ethic

By Lee Down Taking a job is acceptance of conditions and responsibilities of the position for a specified wage. Recently, during a lull in my own business, I took on some part-time work in a retail environment serving pet-owners to create some structure and stability. It's not a high paying position, the work is very physical, and it's a bit of a dirty job at times. Nonetheless, the workplace is friendly, the customers are great, and I get to visit with many animals and animal lovers every day. The enjoyment of the position, customer relations, and the staff makes up for the lower pay and physical strain. After a week though, witnessing the lack of work-ethic of others on the team, I begin to feel disillusioned. Here's the thing: It's not a high paying job and it doesn't require a lot of skill. This job requires people who are willing to work, meet people, and keep shelves stocked and the store clean: Easy stuff. When one person on staff blows off the responsibilities, others who aren't thrilled with the work slack off too. This may not seem like a big deal but sooner or later, the work still has to be done and someone will have to do it. The person who will do it will be a colleague. So how does it feel to be someone who slacks off and has others do the bulk of the work? I honestly don't understand this lack of teamwork. Working together as a team, doing the little things -- again the little things make the big difference -- helps everyone keep on top of the job duties and makes the work lighter for everyone. Everyone complains about the troublesome aspects of the work, and yet, they do little to accommodate procedures that will make it easier for everyone. Instead, they brush off the importance of doing the little things and let the little things get out of hand until a big problem exists. Once it's out of hand, someone will be assigned the job of cleaning up the mess. How much resentment ends up being created on the team as this occurs? I want to bring this to everyone's attention. This is important. Your work ethic is important to your personal integrity and the integrity of the team. Give your all to whatever you agree to undertake. If you made a mistake in choosing a company or position, don't ride the coat-tails of others trying to make it work. Instead, get out and find another job that better suits your temperament and preferences. The other people on the job don't deserve the burden of carrying your load. Bad Credit Loans - "Personal Debt Reality for Australians"

By Julian Thornton Ever thought to yourself, Im in the worst possible financial situation, and Im certain every single person around me is in a far better position? Its something a lot of people think, because when you suffer from financial problems, it can be one lonely place. Australia is often regarded as The Lucky Country and the economy is doing well. Unfortunately the personal economies arent doing as well. Personal bankruptcies are on the rise and the total household debt for Australia is around $650 billion, which equates to about $32,500 for every man, woman and child. Thats a lot of debt! The really alarming fact is that household debt just keeps rising and it doesnt appear to be slowing. On a world scale, Australia rates poorly for personal debt. The situation here is worse than that in the US and the UK! For every $100 we make, $130 is owed!
With shocking figures like this, its definitely time to do something right now. Imagine the impact of another interest rate rise on people who are already incredibly over-extended? The situation is serious, and now is the time for everybody to go start applying good money management practices. One key aspect of good money management is getting rid of bad debt altogether. The next logical question therefore is, What is bad debt and what is good debt? Bad Debt and Good Debt
I know it may be hard to believe that any form of debt can be good, however its true. Let me explain it all to you: Bad Debt: This generally refers to credit card debt that incurs high interest. Often people will accrue bad debt by using credit to buy things they do not need and cannot afford. If the debt is negatively impacting upon your life and causing great stress, its bad debt.
Good Debt: Good debt refers to using credit to buy things that improve our financial future. Examples may include a loan for a property (with a low interest rate) or even a tax-deductible, low interest loan to buy property, good shares, etc. Improving your Financial Situation
Quite clearly personal money management is an area Australians dont excel at, and unfortunately a lack of skill in this area has dire consequences. So what can we do in order to avoid sinking into the dark hole of debt? Heres a few things I recommend to bad credit clients I talk to daily: Start living within your means: Know what money you have coming in, and what money you have going out. If you have difficulty keeping on top of things, hire a bookkeeper wholl keep you organised. With this information, set a budget and stick to it. Your financial future depends on it, because if you do nothing, nothing will ever change and you will always have money problems.
Stop the impulse buying: Sure its hard for some people to resist the temptation to spend whenever they walk into a shopping centre, however your financial future depends upon this. You dont need to be spending like its going out of fashion. There are other things you can be doing with your life and money, so cut out the impulse spending and stop throwing your money away!
Get organised so you dont run out of money: Many people scrimp in the days or weeks before pay day, but it can be avoided. It all comes down to good money management. Get organised, get a bookkeeper if you have to, budget and stick to it!
Figure out how much you need in retirement: I dont mean to depress you, but retirement comes too soon! You need to prepare for it, so you must determine how much you will need to live on when the working income stops. As a rule of thumb, if you have one million dollars in the bank, you can live off about $50,000 interest each year if you were earning 5%. How much do you need to live? Determine how much and start preparing! Seek out professional advice from bad credit mortgage experts if you need help preparing.
Start saving: Even if you dont think you can save much, save something! Try and save 10% of your income, and you will see positive results. Create a savings plan and stick to it, because your financial future depends upon it. Think about the money you throw away, and ask yourself how much you could have had if you saved it.
Get rid of credit cards that charge more than 12% interest: With credit cards like this, youre throwing money down the drain just paying the minimum monthly repayment. Devise a strategy to pay such credit cards out. The best thing is to kill the credit card that is costing you so much in interest. Opt for low interest credit cards and use wisely.
Get committed to paying your credit cards off: Did you know that for every $1000 in credit card limit you have on your cards, you lose $5000 worth of borrowing potential when you apply for a loan? Thats significant, so pay off those credit cards and reduce the limits. You really dont need to have five figure limits on your cards! Plan to pay off your cards and stick to the plan!
Start saving for everyday: Not just a rainy day! Start a savings plan and stick to it. You never know when you might just need that money. If you have money tucked away, you wont need to use credit cards which if abused, will only sink you further into the debt hole.
Get money: If you keep thinking you have no money, start thinking of ways to get money. Do this by reducing your living expenses and increasing your income. There is a great deal of money to be made online, so if you are interested in a passive income (which you certainly would be if you have no money all the time) start doing your research and stick to that savings plan! Get Help Now!

Hair Removal Solutions: Laser Hair Removal and Others

By Sam Natarajan Fear no longer the ignominy of unwanted body hair. If you have been willing to walk should somebody show you the way, you have come to the right place for hair removal solutions. Here we present some of the popular hair removal solutions like laser hair removal among others which can offer you the flight of fantasy that you have been seeking for so long to become truly beautiful. Laser hair removal: The latest technology in the long list of hair removal solutions, laser hair removal offers a easy to use, extremely effective method to get rid of unwanted body hair and is long lasting in its effect. Men and Women alike have benefited from this superb technology which promises unwanted hair removal from virtually any part of the human body. The principle of hair removal by laser is based on the fact that thermal agitation of the hair follicle and bulb under the skin causes the bulb to destabilize, break down and forego the capability of regeneration. Thus laser hair removal is precise and effective in hair removal. Shaving: The most common and the oldest hair removal solution in the market today and world different from laser hair removal. Shaving is a self administered hair removal solution in daily use by both men and women for getting rid of body hair. The equipment required is low-tech : a shaving razor, brush and cream is all that you need. However the application is limited to only areas on your body that you can see and reach and is not definitely applicable for the tender areas on the human body. This is not a permanent hair removal solution as well. Tweezing: Otherwise called plucking, this method involves using a pair of tweezers to pull the hair out of the skin to ensure hair removal. This method is particularly painful and suffers from the same drawbacks of shaving in terms of permanence of effect and areas of applicability. It is hard to imagine that laser hair removal and tweezing essentially are solutions to virtually the same problem. Electrolysis: Before the onset of laser hair removal, electrolysis was widely touted as a very effective method for hair removal. Its different from hair removal by laser in the sense that, instead of a laser beam destabilizing the hair root, its an electric current that does the same job. This treatment also needs to be administered for a longer period of time as compared to laser hair removal and is definitely not for the faint hearted. In our opinion amongst all the options of hair removal available in the market today, laser hair removal seems to be the most promising. Its just a matter of time before the technology becomes so prevalent that even for the unfortunate few for whom cost is a hurdle, it will be within reach of their financial boundaries! Dear God - Most of Us Need to Talk to You About the Few of Us Who are Scaring All of Us

By Dennis Diehl Goodmorning God. We gotta talk. Are you aware of what is going on down here? I mean really, we need some help and I thought it better to email you than just get down on my knees and pray. You've seen me pray over the years, alone in that closet under the eaves in my college dorm at first, and then those sterile little prayer closets. I specifically remember asking that you guide me to do this and that right thing, and wow, after all these years, you're idea of guiding and mine were pretty darn far apart. But okay, okay, I defer to letting things unfold as they will and give you the benefit of the doubt. I read that Footsteps in the Sand thing and still think that it's possible the other set of prints disappeared, not because you were carrying me, but because you went to the store when I started to tell you how I was feeling. At any rate, I thought email might be faster and you'd have copy as would I for future reference. So back to my question. Are you aware of what's going on here? Was there some hurricane that re-wiped out the oil rigs that I missed, or did someone turn off the flow of oil, because gas keeps going up a dime a day around here! I can't get it out of my head that we're being gassed so to speak by those who do such things. I'm feeling that somehow the Czar is using his time for personal gain and there is no way I am ever going to really know what's going on, so could you help us find out and get us back to a better time. The Czar and Company flying around in Big Bird One scarf up more resources in one trip than me and all my friends combined have used since arriving on the planet. I have done a lot of reading about the Czar and family and do you really think so few should get to take so much from so many over the years? What's with that anyhow...could you please help us out here. Shhhhhhhhhhh...I have another problem we need help with but I can't say it too loudly. I feel like just talking to you is getting me, well, monitored. I think that someone is watching to see if I use words like Czar or Big Bird One and , well have you seen those pictures from Abu Gareb! 'As long as I mentioned that, would you please tell those people that we aren't like that and all my friends want Iraqis and Iranians to just enjoy life too and be left alone. In our wildest dreams we would never treat people like that. Hey and all my friends also think that Palestinians deserve a home just like anyone else. Can't those guys check their DNA and find out they are all related or something and stop all that shit? Now of course, we don't want them trying to make us see the world their way and blow us up if we don't, and we will try to stop the jerks on our side of the religious world from thinking they have to convert you guys, but honest, all the real people I know think you are getting hosed for reasons other than the reasons given, which we can't know either. I can't sleep well when I see the pictures of your children and women dead in the name of liberation and freedom for, well, your dead family members. Makes no sense does it? Anyhow, Email is much different than a prayer closet, and I wanted to be sure you got this and I can request a return receipt. Anyway, back to the shhhhh stuff. Can you help us turn off all the cameras? Man, I feel like I am in the old Russia or Germany of days not long gone by. And what's with those Brits.? They seem to love that camera stuff and I have heard they even want a way to track cars everywhere they go. I know you didn't give us shit for brains, but I have to ask...did you? I read a book in high school by Orwell, and now the book isn't so funny or weird to me. I am feeling like some must have felt a few years before I was born, when some Czar types kept doing things for the good of the people and well, you know how that all unfolded. I still need help understanding how so many of us allow so few of us to do so much evil to most of us for so long before most of us tell the few of us to leave us alone and pay back what you took. Does that make sense? I think that if only 35% of the people even like the few of us that rule the most of us, there should be a step down law or something, don't you think? Otherwise it does feel like most of us are being told what to think and do by the few of us, who most of the rest of the us don't even like anymore, if we ever did. Does that make sense? So can you please help us with the camera and shhhhhhhhhhhh stuff so we can get back to feeling safe again? Maybe we need a new Czar Search...ha ha. Little joke there, We had a soap opera that was called...oh you know that, sorry. Well anyway, I'm concerned that we might have more soap operas, like one's called Looking for all my Children or Love Barge if things keep going on like this. Know what I'm sayin...can you help us out here? Did I ask you if you had seen those Abu Gareb pics? Anyway, you know I stayed out of politics for decades and things just unfolded as they do without my help I am sure. But I did vote this last time, and well, now most of us wonder if if the few of us discarded the votes of the rest of us like we always felt they must do in those third world countries where the outcome is known before the vote is taken. Wow, is that like clarvoyance or something? Can you help us out on this voting thing cause somehow I feel something is going on? I'm feeling if I vote for purple the machine already knows it only likes the pink or the orange votes and won't listen to me. That's a third world thing right? Why do me and my friends feel this way? I never felt this way before and I don't like it. Nome sayin? Ma I live here in Jesus Land, that's slang for the...oh you know that, and Jesus says not to say that, and He doesn't spend as much time here as one might think? Oh, sorry, ok. Well anyway, I don't feel very safe here at times for speaking up. You know, that feels like 1939. I think I know what some might have been feeling back then. I hope I am wrong. Anyway, I hope you get my drift. Something is really wrong with the way the few of us have handled the rest of us and how they are treating the others who make up all of us. Oh, Oh....aren't these a hoot. "Iraq Is All but Won; Now What?"
(Los Angeles Times headline, 4/10/03) "We're proud of our president. Americans love having a guy as president, a guy who has a little swagger, who's physical, who's not a complicated guy like Clinton or even like Dukakis or Mondale, all those guys, McGovern. They want a guy who's president. Women like a guy who's president. Check it out. The women like this war. I think we like having a hero as our president. It's simple. We're not like the Brits."
(MSNBC's Chris Matthews, 5/1/03) "Now that the war in Iraq is all but over, should the people in Hollywood who opposed the president admit they were wrong?"
(Fox News Channel's Alan Colmes, 4/25/03) "Well, the hot story of the week is victory.... The Tommy Franks-Don Rumsfeld battle plan, war plan, worked brilliantly, a three-week war with mercifully few American deaths or Iraqi civilian deaths.... There is a lot of work yet to do, but all the naysayers have been humiliated so far.... The final word on this is, hooray."
(Fox News Channel's Morton Kondracke, 4/12/03) Well I could go on with that, but won't. I don't care what anyone says, today feels like it felt when I was a kid and Vietnam was being won and getting better and better every day. Anyway, things have kind of changed in the last three years since we won the war and the peace in Iraq and now want to go ahead and win it in Iran too. I hope all of us are listening to the rest of us so most of us don't end up wishing the few of us had never been born. Could you inspire the few of us to meet with the few of them while the rest of us watch so that they don't kill all of us with all the peacemaking that is going on. Well, that's about it for now. Any suggestions and can you help us out here? I'm going to a memorial service for those Americans killed in Iraq, but I think it's going to be an annual thing. The first one I went to we lit 2000 candles on a street corner in town and few showed up. Now we are going again to lite around 2500 and some of us hear that the few of them aren't telling any of us the real numbers. Gosh, I wonder how long it would take to light 100,000 candles or even hundreds of thousands? Yikes, the sun would come up before we got them all lit! Anyway, I don't enjoy these rather quiet events. Haven't seen a minister or local politician at one yet. One person told me their nephew came home from Iraq and hasn't had a sober day since. Oh well, I can't do anything about it so that's why I'm asking you to help us out if you have time. If you have something like an X-Men team or Bat-Angel or Super-Someone you send in such cases, now would be a good time. And I don't think that you need to bring down the whole planet to get all of us to wake up when most of us are awake and it's the few of us that all of us feel you need to have a chat with. So can you help us out here. Nome sayin? Warm Regards from Most of Us who only wish peace, hope, prosperity and understanding for All of Us, not just for a Few of Us. Baby Boy Gift Baskets Are Fun To Make

By Rebecka Whitlock When looking for a gift idea, think of making your own baby boy gift basket. Here are some tips for getting started: Choose a container. This can be a basket or a diaper bag or some other useful object. Put in filler, such as baby blankets and diapers to fill it up mostly. Baby boy gift baskets can be filled with all sorts of items for care and cleaning, such as powder, shampoo, lotions, nail clippers and that sort of thing. Add a cute bib, some socks and maybe a toy. Baby boy gift baskets come in all sizes and shapes. You can make one unique to the child or the parent or come up with your own design. Food can be the main items in the baby boy gift basket. It could be filled with blue gum cigars, tasty cookies, blue lollipops and some kind of chocolate that the mom would like. Add a bib and a baby spoon and cup and this gift basket would be the talk of the nursery. The idea of a baby boy gift basket could even be taken to another level where you might start a business. This gift idea could be offered in hospitals and especially in the gift shop. One might advertise the baskets in different baby shops or online to get started. Take Pictures Anywhere And Anytime With A Camera Cell Phone

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Gregg_Hall]Gregg Hall Some of the latest cell phones on the market today now offer take such high quality digital pictures that you can actually use them as a true camera, at least for personal and amateur pictures. This popular option is now being made available in almost all cell phones introduced today and some of them even offer the ability to record movies. If you are wondering about how wide spread the usage of cell phones are now in general just take note of how many people go scrambling to look for theirs when they hear a ring at all. It is no surprise that the use of cellular phones has spread like wildfire. In an increasingly mobile world the cell phone provides a much needed convenience for many people. The popularity of camera cell phones amazes some, but not me. It is the younger users that are driving this market and with the popularity of websites like MySpace teens want to share their pictures easily. If they own a camera phone that allows them to synch to their PC they can upload the images from their phone to their computer and have the ability to take and share pictures without the added expense of a digital camera. The cell phones being brought to market today are capable of doing many tasks such as email, internet access, and appointment keeping but one of the things that is driving the market is the ability of a cell phone to operate as a digital camera and it is certain that these phones will only get better in quality and become even more popular in the months and years to come. Of course like most of the new communications technology, camera phones were first introduced in Japan, who leads the market in communications technology. These camera cell phones found widespread acceptance in the Asian market but it was more than two years before they found their way to the United States. While not as popular at first as they were overseas, these gadgets have now become so in demand that it has been said that they could well become the most popular consumer owned device ever. Some people may believe that owning a camera phone is no more advantageous than owning two separate devices but the fact is that owning a camera phone with a high quality camera built in is a much more user friendly device that will be used much more than a stand alone camera.
